The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. activity theme
The content of the entries should be combined with the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the theme of "always follow the party to forge ahead on a new journey", in the form of calligraphy, painting, and photography, to fully demonstrate the spiritual outlook of workers from all walks of life in the city, and encourage the majority of employees Work hard and take responsibility, and contribute to the new path of Chinese-style modern county practice.
2. Participants
Members of all grass-roots trade unions in the city (excluding retirees).
3. Work Requirements
(I) calligraphy works: the calligraphy style is not limited. Poetry works and aphorisms that carry forward the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and have positive and healthy contents are written. Original works that conform to the theme of the activity are given priority. The size of the work is not more than 1.20 meters × 0.60 meters. The cursive script and seal script shall be accompanied by an interpretation. Each author is limited to one work.
(II) art works: traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, gouache painting and watercolor painting can all participate in the competition. the size of the works shall not exceed 6 feet (180cm × 97cm) and 2K(56cm × 76cm). the content conforms to the theme of the competition. Each author is limited to one work.
(III) photographic works: divided into single and group photos, both in color and black and white, with no restrictions on the shooting equipment used. The submitted photographic works are in JPG format. The group photo works are limited to 4-8 pieces; Each person is limited to 5 pieces/group; The works should fit the theme and do not accept works of natural landscape scenery. Works that provide computer creativity and change the original image are not allowed (works can only be properly adjusted for cropping, brightness, contrast and color saturation).
Selection and Delivery of 4. Works and Instructions
1. The entries must be original, such as copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights and other disputes, by the author to resolve.
2. Calligraphy and painting works must be signed and sealed, and the real name, work unit, mailing address and contact number shall be indicated with a pencil in the lower right corner of the back of the work.
3. Photographic works only accept electronic data submission. Group photos and single works must indicate the title, author, contact number, shooting time, shooting place and brief text description of the works. E-mail of submission: 273486328@qq.com.
4. Cross-border competition is allowed in this competition. In principle, each author can submit 1-2 works to participate in the competition of calligraphy, art and photography.
5. There is no entry fee for this competition, and entries will not be rejected in principle.
6. The entries shall be submitted uniformly by the trade union, individual entries shall be prevented, and summary statistics shall be made (see the attached table for details).

5. Works Exhibition
1. This competition will invite experts in calligraphy, art and photography to serve as judges.

The winning works will be awarded certificates and bonuses, and the winners will be automatically absorbed as members of the staff calligraphy and painting club.
3. At that time, some members of the staff calligraphy and painting club will be invited to participate in the staff calligraphy and painting collection activities organized by Zhuji Federation of Trade Unions.
4. The organizer has the final right to interpret the entries in this calligraphy and painting photography competition. Entries are not rejected in principle, and all contributors are deemed to have agreed to all the provisions of this competition notice.
