Students who apply for grade 7-12 shall offer HSK4 Certificate or above.
PROCESS OF APPLICATION
1. Parents or applicants contact the school via phone, email, school website, Wechat, etc. to confirm registration.
2. Parents or applicants fill out the application form completely and accurately (in Chinese or English). Registration form, copy of the home page of passports (the student’s and parents’), the certificate of education and transcripts are required to be sent to rhischool@163.com.
3. After all the materials are checked through, school will arrange an online comprehensive test, and students who pass the test will be issued an electronic admission notice.
4. Notarial Certificate
Students under the age of 18 are required to entrust a school teacher as the guardian in China. There is no need for students over 18 years to do this. The notarial certificate must be in Chinese or English, and it must be certified by the local Chinese Embassy.
5. The parents should scan the completed Notarial Certificate and send it to rhischool@163.com, and prepay part of the tuition fee, RMB 5,000, to the school account. (Only RMB is accepted and please offer your payment document afterwards.)s in the validity period of the X1 visa.

6. Upon the receipt of notarial certificate and prepayment, the school will complete the JW 202 table within 10 working days and send the original copy of the JW 202 (first page) and the letter of acceptance to the parents.
7. After receiving the JW202 form and the letter of acceptance, parents can apply for the X1 visa in the local Chinese Embassy. Note: you must apply for the X1 visa to study in China.
8. Students are required to register in the school and pay the rest of tuition one week in advance. When registering, the first page of JW202, 5 pieces of 2-inch ID photos with white background, and the original versions of transcripts are required. On the registration day, school buses will be available at Xiaoshan International Airport and Pudong International Airport during the required period.
9. The school is responsible for the extension of residence permission for students in the validity period of the X1 visa.
