In order to maintain the normal education and teaching order of the school, protect the physical and mental health of students, and promote the academic progress and all-round development of students, these regulations are formulated.
1.General Provisions
1. Students do not use mobile phones (including IPAD and other electronic products) in the teaching area to ensure the normal order of the classroom and promote students to develop good learning and living habits;
2. The department organizes personnel to inspect the classroom (on-duty week, on-duty teachers, moral education administrators, etc.) and timely educate students who find that electronic products are used in the classroom;
3. All teachers are responsible for the management and education of students. If students are found to have irregular behaviors such as using mobile phones in the classroom, they need to be educated in time;
4. Classroom teaching is of limited use.
2.Rules
1. The places where electronic products can be used are limited to the dormitories of international students and the teaching areas during the evening self-study period. Electronic products are not used in the public areas of the campus, such as school roads, canteens, supermarkets and other areas;
2. Working days use time period:
6:00 a.m. -7:50 a.m. 12:00 p.m. -13:50 p. m. (except for students under 14 years old)
Evening 16:00 - 18:00 Evening self-study 18:10 - 20:00 (only used as a learning tool)
20:00- 23:00 p.m. (over 14 years old) 20:00- 21:00 (under 14 years old)
Note: In case of holidays, electronic products such as mobile phones can be kept by students themselves during the day, and night management requirements are equivalent to working days.
3. Disciplinary Treatment
A illegal use of electronic products in the teaching area shall be handed over to the head teacher or the moral education department for safekeeping after collection. depending on the seriousness of the case, stop using electronic products for 1-7 days, deduct 3 points for personal growth on the same day, and 1 point for each of the four competition disciplines in the class;
B the illegal use of electronic products in the dormitory (except for the time period that can be used at night) shall be handed over to the head teacher or the moral education department for safekeeping after collection. depending on the seriousness of the case, the electronic products shall be stopped for 1-7 days, 3 points for personal growth on the same day shall be deducted, and 1 point for each of the four competition disciplines in the class;
C after the illegal use of electronic products in public areas such as school roads, restaurants, supermarkets and other areas of the campus is confiscated, it shall be handed over to the head teacher or the moral education department for safekeeping. depending on the seriousness of the case, it shall be stopped for 1-7 days, 3 points for personal growth on that day shall be deducted, and 1 point for each of the four competition disciplines in the class;
D if the circumstances are particularly serious or if they have been collected more than 2 times, they will be confiscated directly and can not be recovered until the end of the term. 10 points for personal growth on that day will be deducted, and 2 points for each of the four competition disciplines in the class will be deducted;
- All inspections in these regulations will be included in the management of students' code of conduct, civilized class appraisal and monthly work assessment of head teachers.
- These regulations shall be formally tried out from April 28, 2023, and the power of interpretation shall be owned by the principal's office of the overseas students college.
