1. Integrity examination, refused to cheat;

In case of any of the following circumstances, all students will be sentenced to cheating, and the students will immediately withdraw from the classroom, and their undergraduate scores will be recorded as zero:

1. There are other irrelevant personnel in the examination room;

Requirements for online exams

1. the environment required for the examination and the equipment and items that candidates need to prepare.

Candidates must take the exam in a separate room, such as a quiet bedroom or study. No other personnel are allowed in the room during the exam, and small compartments (partitions) in large rooms are not allowed to take the exam, such as study rooms, language rooms, etc.

The exam requires preparation of the following equipment and items, depending on the subject of the examA total of three devices are required,

Specific requirements are as follows:

1. FirstDesktop or laptop for answering questions and first monitoring

1) The computer needs to have normal Internet access function;

2) The computer needs to have a built-in or external camera that can work normally, so that it is facing itself, adjust the angle, and ensure that its face and hands appear in the monitoring screen;

3) The computer needs to have normal audio input and output devices, such as the built-in microphone and speaker of the notebook computer, or the external microphone and speaker of the desktop computer,Microphone and speaker volume to maximum,Do not use headphones or headsets;

4) The camera will be used throughout the answer period, and it is necessary to ensure that the computer camera is turned on without obstruction;

5) If you use a notebook computer, please keep the power sufficient, it is recommended to use an external power supply throughout the process.

 

2. Second: Smartphone or tablet for second-angle monitoring (PAD） 

1)  Smartphones or tablets with normal Internet access (PAD), must have a working camera;

3) Mobile phone or tablet holder: Fix the smart phone or tablet device, set it up on the right rear of the examinee, and adjust it to a suitable position and height (Specific requirements, please see the figure）；

4) Ensure that the monitoring equipment has sufficient power, and it is recommended to use an external power supply throughout the process;

5) After entering the Tencent meeting, turn off the reminder function that has nothing to do with answering, and turn it off.Automatic information screen function to avoid incoming calls, WeChat (includingTwitter、Instagram、Facebook,LINE, Kakaotalk, etc.) or other applications interrupt the monitoring process;

 

3.  Third: Used to answer school calls and shoot answers to some subjects and upload them to the examination system.

During the examination of all subjects, if necessary, the school will contact the examinee by telephone, please keep the mobile phone unblocked;

2)Used to capture answers and upload them to the exam system

Some test questions need to use mobile phones to shoot the answers and upload them, and use them within the specified time;

3)Placement

During the exam, the smartphone as the third device must be placed in a place where the first or second viewing angle can be monitored, such as on the desk;

4) It must have normal Internet access and photographing functions to meet the needs of photographing and uploading the answers to some test questions;

5) Turn off reminders that have nothing to do with answering, such as WeChat (including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LINE, Kakaotalk, etc.) or other applications, so as not to affect the exam; the phone function of the mobile phone should remain on;

6) Ensure that the equipment is fully charged.

4. Network condition requirements

1) Candidates should have stable network conditions in the place where they take the examination, and support the simultaneous networking of computers and mobile phones or tablet devices used in the examination;

2) The network bandwidth is not less20Mbps, it is recommended to use an independent optical fiber network with a bandwidth of 50Mbps or more;

3) The network upload speed is not lower2MB/s；

4) It is recommended to prepare 4G, 5G and other mobile phone mobile networks as standby networks, and debug them in advance so that the standby network can be quickly switched to continue to answer in case of network failure.

 

Special reminder:If a network failure occurs during the examination, the system will immediately remind the examinee and ask the examinee to repair the network failure quickly after seeing the abnormal prompt. After the failure is solved, the examinee can re-enter and continue to answer, and the answer results before the network failure will be saved. However, if the examination time is lost or the examination cannot be completed due to equipment or network failure, the opportunity to make up the time will not be given.

 

Erection of the second perspective monitoring

The second perspective monitors the use of the examinee's smartphone or tablet (PAD) equipment, erection requirements are as follows:

3. Confirm that the monitoring camera works normally without obstruction, and the monitoring scope covers the examinee's upper body (visible with both hands), complete answering equipment, the screen of computer equipment, the third equipment (used to answer school calls and the mobile phone uploaded by answer shooting) and the examinee's surrounding environment. Ensure that the light in the answer area is uniform and sufficient, and avoid the monitoring screen from being too dark or too bright (as shown in the figure below);

4. Not according to the requirements of erection, framing, resulting in poor monitoring effect will be judged as a violation of discipline;

5. Carefully check the stability of the monitoring equipment to avoid losses caused by equipment dumping in the examination.

6. The monitoring information collected during the examination will only be used for school inspection as an auxiliary basis for determining whether the examinee complies with the examination rules; it will not be used for other purposes.
