Implementation Plan for Organizing and Carrying out "Teacher Evaluation and Acts" Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools

In order to give better play to the role of famous teachers in various schools and promote the further improvement of young teachers' teaching skills, according to the work arrangement of the second semester of the 2021 academic year, Ronghuai Education Management Group has drawn up an implementation plan for the "teacher evaluation and apprenticeship" activity, which is organized and implemented by each school according to its own reality.

The third batch of "excellent teacher training project" in each school, new teachers (new to work) in the 2021 academic year, and their mentors.

 

Activity theme and form

1, the theme of the activity: "review guidance to promote development".

2. Forms of activity. This activity has integrated the "excellent teacher training project" with the new teacher teaching improvement work. Activity form: "teacher evaluation and apprenticeship" on-site evaluation and guidance activities, I .e. apprentices attend classes on the spot and relevant instructors conduct on-site evaluation and guidance after class.

 

Working steps

1. Preparation Phase (March 25-March 31)

Each school shall make a good activity plan and schedule according to its own reality. The disciples participating in the class are fully prepared, including designing lesson plans and making teaching courseware. Three days before the start of the activity, each school will send the activity schedule (annex 1) to teacher Zhou Jianbo of the education supervision office in the form of electronic manuscript.

2. Implementation Phase (April 1-April 26)

According to the activity plan, each school organizes and carries out teacher evaluation activities, I .e. apprentices attend classes and instructors comment and guide on the spot. Master and apprentice fill in the classroom teaching evaluation form (Annex 2).

On the day of the activity, the class environment should be arranged and all students in the class should be required to wear school uniforms.

Each school is required to take photos or videos of the activities, not only as the material for the follow-up discussion activities, but also as the archives for the training of teachers in each school, as well as for the needs of brand promotion and recruitment of teachers.

 

3. Summary phase (April 26-April 30)

Each school will make a summary of the activities, summarize the "teacher evaluation and apprentice" activity schedule and classroom teaching evaluation form, and submit the paper version to the teacher Zhou Jianbo of the education supervision office before may 5.

 

4. considerations

All schools should attach great importance to it, organize and carry out it conscientiously, give better play to the role of mentors, and effectively promote the growth and development of young teachers.
