Suhomlinski shouted in "Advice to Teachers": "Read, read, read again-this aspect of teachers' educational literacy depends on this." Effective reading and learning is the only way for teachers' professional growth. In order to create a strong reading atmosphere, summarize and share the useful experiences and practices of teachers in reading, enhance teachers' awareness of professional development, and improve teachers' professional theoretical level, Ronghuai Education Management Group organized a live speech contest for teachers' reading experience, which was publicly scored on the spot and announced on the spot. Finally, six first prize and six second prize were selected. The list of winners is now published, see annex.
